Here the babies are 1 month old!
Here the girl is on the left, the boy on the right. She is a bit fluffier than he is at this point. While they are still clumsy, they run around and try to pounce on each other and Mom.
This is the little girl, entering the carpeted tunnel we have for the kittens to learn to climb on. The toy that hangs from one end, is about as big as she is!
Above is our little girl. She was less impressed with the "newness" of being on the bed. She thoroughly explored it, then slid down the side to the floor to explore some more - and kept doing that, every time I picked her up and put her back! But she didn't move as quickly, and she was more interested in the camera, so we were able to get better photos of her. Unlike her brother, she has been eating solid food for almost a week.
This is the boy. At this point he is a little more playful than his sister, he loves to pounce and try to play with her. She's more interested in exploring and discovering the toys. I love to watch them grow and develop their own unique personalities.

5 weeks old
Today is our first visit to another room - we got to play on the bed! Above is the boy, and he is very interested in the new texture of the cotton duvet cover. He kept rubbing his paws on it and sniffing and stretching. Finally he decided to play with it - he must think the bumps and wrinkles are toys! It took a while before I could get him to sit still, and he never would stand nicely for a photo. It's fun to see him run, they are so very clumsy - only 2 weeks ago they could barely walk.
Finally he sat still! He has such a cute face. He's not interested in food yet - he just turns his head away. He is much more interested in running around and trying to climb. We put a small cat tree in the room to give them something to try climbing on. I'm sure he'll be the first to use it!
Finally, the 2 together! The girl is in front, looking at the camera, and the boy is behind, playing with her tail.
7 weeks old
Here are the babies are lounging at the top of their new cat tree. It's about 4.5 feet tall. It didn't take them long to learn how to climb it! The girl is on the left in all these photos. They are wearing little collars so I can tell them apart in the photos.
Below is the boy. He finally started eating, and has almost caught up to his sister's weight.
Above is the girl. These 2 have a great time chasing each other around, and tackling their mom and chewing on her ears.
